Someone topped an announcements thread from 2010 and apparently he didn't look at the date. They reverted that change after less than a year I think.

Dict has ghost acre bonus now, not buildings.

I don't have a thread for it, but it has been reverted. There's still a bonus to being a dict, as ford said, with ghost acre bonuses, but nothing like that one set witht he 80%

Yeah, I noticed the 33% bonus, i just figured dictators had both. Even though regular govt get 32% bonus building capture that part isn't listed ingame. So I'm wondering if everyone is assuming the 33% bonus replaced it or if it was an additional add on.
