This will be my last post.

I had to get some fun before leaving the game thats all. Nothing special against icd, i only targetted the top guys. I would have done more dmg ( had 40 country still to play) but i was late for work...

Facts:
- i was all alone. Not part of HS. I was hs until they kicked me out..

- and yes i was running all 64 country. Most of them as oilers(48). Took up to 2hours per day.. Time i can spend some where else

- i wont come back, summer is started i wont have time for gaming until a long time.

The point was , had they done their job, 4 countries wouldn't be dead, and ICD wouldn't have had to use all those turns to kill

bonus is, maybe they'll see we need more than one ffa mod and will either put an existing mod like yourself up to the task of moderating the cheaters that crop up on occasion, or by appointing one of us non mods for the task.

wish i can join in, but im not paying for oil at those prices and my missiles were unloaded yesterday

nice idea otherwise but if you mod server then you can't play there, if you or anybody are willing to stop playing in FFA then contact qz and make request to be 2nd FFA mod.

or, now granted I wouldn't know this for sure but I could call it an educated guess that if say I was made ffa mod and I decided to say.... delete TKO, I'm pretty sure it would be possible for qz to reverse that without very much damage having been done, and swiftly remove my ability to do anything in this server... ever.

Now of course, I wouldn't delete anybody if they were cheating... well.. maybe you because lets face it, nobody likes a knowitall, especially when it's an idiot like you, because if you would have actually read what I wrote instead of just reading two words, you would have seen my first suggestion being an already established (and trusted) moderator being appointed to this task


Also, I wouldn't exactly have the best time window to be able to be 100% effective as a moderator in the first place... nor would I be willing to wager that qz would just hand out access to the shiny red delete button right off the rip

Maybe if we can get the teams to all police the server, might dissuade the idiot multis from doing things like this.

That works to a certain degree, but ultimately the only way to ensure multis are truly dissuaded is for the mods to be vigilant. It's easy for someone who knows what they're doing to create countries in a way where they don't LOOK like multis to someone without mod access.

That's a problem, Warster. I mean, I GET the whole "free for all" mentality and everything, but we have a core of players who at least try to follow the spirit of the rules and then we have asswipes who BLATANTLY thumb their noses at the community and the very people who CAN stop it do NOT stop it.

Then, they make excuses for their lack of diligence. It's a culture of head turning. Don't look and it doesn't exist. I can't tell you the last time I saw purple on an FFA scoresheet.

ANd you know, that's groovalicious. If nobody cares that I make 64 countries next set, I'm good with it but as long as there are RULES, they should be enforced and guess what... Game Mderators are the first line of Defense. DOn't give me fluff about "nobody saying anything". No body should have to. Yes yes yes, there is a CHeater link. And NOT a PUBLIC topic for people to post on. Why is that? Because none of them give a crap about the FFA server. TPTB humor us by allowing it to exist.
