Express ONLY question:
Does bomb banks x2 break GDI like SS/PS x2 does?

For an example,

The current rule works like so:
Country A is in GDI and Country B is in GDI. Country A attacks Country B with two SS. Country B is now able to commit AB/GS/BR/missiles and other spy ops on Country A.

My question is:
Country A is in GDI and Country B is in GDI. Country A bomb banks Country B two times. Does this enable Country B to commit AB/GS/BR/missiles on Country A?

Any harmful operations will ensue full missile retals from me celphi, thats ANY op besides Spy for grabbing purposes.

Also be aware that you can still be retalled fairly easily if the player had GDI without failing an OP. All a player has to do is try sending a missile/gs/ab against every player until they hit the correct target and thus won't get the unable to launch an attack due to GDI

I've never cared to find out for this one personally, so... I don't know.

Two grabs breaks GDI so..
My gut feeling here is that the 2nd attack, be it two grabs, one grab and one op, or two ops, is what breaks GDI.
But I don't randomly op other players, so I don't know for sure.

Outside of war, a properly run country always has options far superior to mere vandalism.
