Summer is always a lull..but agreed, would like to get back up to 150-200 players at the min. If you play in alliance, try to drag them over here.. Playing 16 countries isn't as time consuming as people think if you do it right.

As a player from years ago, returning to this new FFA with the control room for mass-managing trivial tasks for all your countries at the same time, is freakin' awesome.

That is part of why running 16 countries isn't all that time consuming except for a couple of phases, usually in the beginning. Plus some strats are are time consuming (techer) than others (farmer)

i find cashers and farmers easiest, explore, build, buy/sell bushels when needed, buy techs and military, get stock and put it on sale at high price. as a techer needs to explore, build, tech turns, buy bushels and military, get stock and put it sale at high price and then sell techs 2-3 times per day (and curse undercutters).
