What the dell (#49) bought all the tech, roughly 1.4m tech points worth approximately 3.6b cash.

Since his NW went up 2m NW, rather than 2.8m NW, my assumption is that he bought 400k of his own tech points, and that he has maybe 1.6m tech points in total in his own country (before buying all the tech), assuming he did a max 1/4 sell. It would probably also explain why food dropped below $50.
