Due to the availability of bot land, and thus the elimination of the need to grab tagged countries, retal policy shall now use the following ratios on retals by tagged countries:

1 SS/PS = 5 Retals
2 SS/PS = 10 Retals
3 SS/PS = 75 BR or GS

For un-tagged countries the ratio escalates to:

1 SS/PS = 10 Retals
2 SS/PS = 75 BR or GS

You can try to enforce this but will likely end up with a bunch of dead countries. Land isn't always the reason why grabs are made.

All Tags "Must" pact Chaos.

All hits made on Chaos are retaled 10:1 with FA from the hitter to accommodate the retaliations.

All hits made by Chaos are only retalable by the "Spy" Spy Operation, you can only look, not touch! Any other action is seen as an act of war!

Any tag that engages in war against Chaos is also formally declaring on all tags on the server and then must be eliminated by the whole server.
