You have to be creative in your messages without being off.

I'll give you the same advice i give online poker players.... cant control what you type... then just don't... its too easy to get a ban/deleted.

Some people troll for a nasty message so they can get you deleted... aka destroyed and they view it as a win.

with that being said, I still dont find it a reason to delete someone who is talking trash, since I know that there is no way they are referring to my family or their needs, therefore I blow it off and roll with it, then usually decimate them later

unless something is targeted as something specific about a person's real life or something like that, i dont see a problem

however, if we are going to ever expand this player base we might need to tone the fluff down. i have made an effort to in recent months, but no one is perfect.
