Relax, i'd confess if it were true this set, but no, not me this time . just like cash, some days ago i did buy out all the oil to support a couple of big hits, but it was all below $400 at that time ... and once i had my quota, i left the market to itself ...

but in the past, i have definitely bought time to get my country built/rebuilt by playing "keep away" with the public oil market

and when evaluating a grab target, i allways check their oil situation, because if they have no oil on hand and the oil market has been thn or high priced, then you can count on their retal being delayed
