It's been about 8-9 years since I've played. I noticed a lot of the clans that were around then are still around. My question is, and please forgive the stupidity of the question, where do I go to join a clan? Back in the day I could net a country around $80,000,000 but at the same time I could organize a kill run in a chat room. To be honest I'd rather run a country to net and see if I could break the $100 million mark. I used to go by the name Redneck back in the day. Thanks for any and all help.

If you click on Top Clans then click on the tag it should take you to the page that has their website listed to put in an application.

i understand full well. you needed to hide your rd identity along with gains from laf so you could do both, run rd and hold a convincing argument against being a colour.

To put this thread back on topic (likely only briefly)....

For netting, LaF, Evo, MD/Omega/Monsters.... in that order. Really, aside from iMag, SOL and SOF, there aren't any war clans any more. Extreme ghost acres/land trading have killed the once competitive and contentious nature of this server.

If you used to break 80 mil net worth, 100 mil now shouldn't even be a challenge, assuming you're in an even moderately decent tag.

Also, two things I just noticed.

1) Redneck:.. The guy who used to play in ICN? If so, there aren't many ICNers left, but those that are there are probably names you'd recognize. ICN nets too now, 98% of the time.

2) When looking up netting clans, I noticed PDM doesn't exist any more??? How long ago did that happen?

EDIT: Oh, never mind on number 2. Boxcar filtered out alliances with less than 5 members. Still though.. how did that happen?

Back in the day I either went by Redneck or Git-R-Done. I was not the Redneck from ICN, although people often asked if I was.

I have a pretty good grasp on how to net gain but it was the switching of governments to destock that I would inevidbly mess up or someone would land grab me while I had $1,000,000,000 sitting there and 250,000,000 million bushels that had just come off the market and I hadn't played my turns yet for the day and they would make out like a bandit.

THEY ABANDONED THEIR BC SITE AND MIGRATED TO A NEW INTERNALLY CREATED SITE DEDICATED TO COC AND OTHER SUCH DEBAUCHERY.
