What i don t like is the showing off(in an arrogant way) of this outcome.

This is why this game has no chance. Because of this fluff.Useless to say that one side had a lot of game addicted warriors (DF) while other did not.

Impossible to do a friendly, and to even accept a war(as a leader) where your side has a disadvantage. You ll get plenty of idiots thinking they just were better.

Take 20 random solers, move them to Sof. And make df part of sol. See the outcome.
Last time i get into this type of war.

Key point it was a friendly war...treat it as such.
No sense bringing up previous wars nor slamming opponents in a recent war.

I said it was a much better war than beating stones into the ground... you know, like we did 4 wars in a row.

What cry? I just pointed there is no gentelmen agreement nowhere in here. Punks jumping all over the places... "we won you lost", "this was better than whiping stones, but we stiol won". The set when 2 alliances mourned the lost of members the best we can create is: we won you lost.

I don t care if mdevol himself planed the entire war and setup the sides. It was not balanced, and few wars can be balanced nowadays.
Not a drop of dignity left in some people in this game...

I'm not sure how this wasn't a fair fight Alin. SOF built really good countries and it caused a NW difference. It was a good, fun war the first few days.

Any other reason you would like to fluff? I believe Fords offer still stands.

It looks like this thread got a bit out of hand. So please allow me to make a statement from the SOF leadership.

This was an arranged, friendly war. Due to SOL's reunion set, they had a lot of additional countries compared to the previous set. Due to the disparity in numbers LAF, Rival, and Rage agreed to each send SOF some players. MD agreed to make the final numbers even.

This was set out to be a fair war. It did run one way. There were many contributing factors. SOF and allies look to have had the better war preparation going into the FS (this is supported by the starting networth gap). Target selection was also better on the SOF/DF side as we were able to eliminate SOL breakers at a faster rate than we lost our own breakers.

We thank SOL for a good fight (many of whom are friends and former teammates). We thank our allies for their efforts in making this victory possible. And, perhaps most importantly, we thank boobies for being boobies.

In a war there will always be a bit of trolling so this didn't bother me at all.

I would like to second aponic's comments about being a friendly war. I would like to thank SoF and others for organzing a viable opponent so this could happen. Though, they probably did too good of a job.

As for the the situation come FS time, it was going to be an uphill battle for SoL. We were fighting a group of warring all-stars from nearly all the top clans on the server. While the #s were even, a fair amount of SoL were people who have been away from the game for some time. While still very talented, the rust in being away from the game showed in the NW gap at the start of the FS. It was still a bunch of fun to play with peeps I hadnt seen in a while or ever (as I am still kind of 'new' to SoL).
