What to do with a guy that won't stop destroying my buildings... He had easily done 10+ ops on 5 different occasions to destroy my buildings... This is very annoying to me. How should I retaliate?

With lots of missiles. If you have enough spies drop unbuilt land so he doesn't have the spal(spies per acre of land) advantage.

Because technology is vital to success and turns are a limited resource, research labs are important to quick Growth, for defense's, like spy's you can't buy them You have to use industrial complex's so build lots of them too . look to manage, and make your settings too 100 % spies, and watch your building moves, building your country up, with out harassment by spy attack's, they stop people looking at your country, and research tech, and build it up .

Don't forget to add not getting purpled. If your country get's purpled, it won't grow!

I noticed, something strange about the numbers at the top of the standings on the Alliance server. looking at the top 10 players. and they are the players in the 10 or 64 million and yet they only 5 or 6000 acres of land and are in the top 10 ? It might have something to do with tech ? Yeah think? These guys play mostly the tech, the more tech you have, its easer to defend a smaller country is what a friend said , because when a player collects 2000, tech points per turn Your troops and other military are un beatable in combat, and Its all most impossible to hit them too. Buying R&D Labs and industrial complexes, Pulling down 178 tech points, and building 412 Tanks every move, Construction sites are pricy to build, I am still trying get to 150, to improve building speed. I still trying to understand What good it dose do sell the oil reserves ? I never see results from it so I keep 250 oil rigs and I am sitting $555,967.123 Barrels of oil this can go a long way, to help speed up my building?

Trolling ? Actually I am trying to over build my defense's, On things like Tech for the troops weapons Spies, And SDI, Attackers are shocked when they send a missile, and my lands, and they lose there's in stead. I like SDI, for that reason .
