He was banned by me on irc. Then perma banned on irc by a game admin/the owner of the irc. #earthempires is a public chat room used by everyone and more especially is a room that a new player would pop into. The continual negativity from him in his constant ramblings makes it a negative atmosphere.
He says that everyone in the game is meth addicts and drug addicts and all from Arkansas....among many other things....
And calling mods names will also get a person a ban.
