We've been more then fair with evo. Whenever we made mistakes or had suiciders in our tag hitting you we would pay. (22k acres, 350M in cash etc etc). This and last set there were slip-ups in your tag. You haven't compensated SOL for either despite us asking you to do so. You didn't even make an effort to settle things with us.


So if you don't pay, we will gladly play and take what is ours + interest.

I refuse! I can certainly understand your pain, non of us could have known that you were just coming back for a reset. If we would have asked "hey marshal do you guys have any new members this reset that were not in evo last reset?" That probably would have raised suspicion. So you might understand why the whole tag has to topple down. Really sorry for that and if I were you and your adamant about netting, you should apply to Omega or Monsters Pronto.

I rarely keep up with the politics of this server., but to blindside a netting clan is kinda lame.

I like LAF and several of their members, but this move is likely going to send more members to their clan. I prefer to see diversity of clans on a server. I'm skeptical that there wasn't an alternative solution.

Just to set things straight. Your reference to the tag jumper was indeed true, but we were more than ready to pay reps (as you dispatched the offender) and made numerous attempts to settle, but never were contacted by you with what was expected. Hard to pay, if we are never given the bill. Marshal held up his end and your people ignored him.

As for the aid given in the previous set, that was addressed in an earlier thread. Have a read as to the circumstances there (see below).

I believe that SOL already owed reps to EVO (for earlier hits, made by a SOL nub?,against EVO's #30) and never paid what had been agreed to. EVO would still happily pay any reps that SOL feels necessary. Rasp has already indicated this and has no intent of avoiding the penalty. SOL, you are well aware of this!


HOWEVER, SHOULDN'T IT ALSO HOLD TRUE THAT YOU HANDLE YOUR END AND REIMBURSE EVO FOR THOSE EARLIER ATTACKS YOU ADMITTED TO???

AFTERALL , RIGHT IS RIGHT. EVO was never compensated.


It appears that EVO was totally prepared to make restitution for all our "transgressions", but were ignored by SOL. Why not just admit you used half-truths, on these threads, to get a cheap tagkill on EVO? Enjoy your "VICTORY".
