Pathogens such as the current avian flus in China (one province away from Wuhan I might add) and the Philippines need to evolve or adapt to infect humans. It can happen and has happened before, but has not in these particular strains that are nearly 15 years since their first discovery. An outbreak can certainly ravage an ecosystem, and needs to be contained, but its actually easier to contain an avain flu to a coronavirus. Because well, you can just euthanize everyone that has it until no one has it haha.

I'm down btw.

In the first world if you let your property fall into dilapidation and it causes one to concern about their well being you need to fix that property. Let alone an hoa arguing health issues but just lessening the rest of the property values law will come in and force this to happen.

China, if it wants to be accepted and respected, if at for the least rhe benefit of their foreign nationals, needs to adhere to first world social and health norms. Otherwise I'm not walking into a Chinese owned convenience store until they do. Call me racist, fluff China.

Chinese restaurants are scary even here in the states, don't ever dine in ANY restaurant with less than an A rating from the health department, I worked in few restaurants in my past and even A rating restaurants will make the hairs on your neck stand up if you inspect their kitchen on any given day, that's one of the reasons I got out of that industry and am very picky when I go to a restaurant, first thing I do is look in the kitchen, depending what I see, I walk out.
