Someone in the medical field, or myself that travels thousands of miles a month to cities that have been hit by COVID 19, I do everything in my power to sanitize and keep away from crowds, unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it if an infected person sneezes within 5 feet of you, maybe even 10 feet won't matter at that point, cross my fingers and hope my immune system kicks virus ass....

sorry, just going to alert you to the fact that the COVID-19 virus doesn't directly cause sneezing. A cough how ever is very likely to be a point of transfer. Droplets containing the virus can be airborne for up to a minute..

so if someone sneezes, give them a tissue because they have a cold, if but someone coughs be sure to hold your breath and get away from them asap.

I had mild symptoms (fever + cough, still got the cough) but didn't get tested. Tbh still got no idea whether I have it or not, but Netherlands says people with mild symptoms should self-isolate and will not be tested. At first I thought it was just the flu but now that I basically only have the cough and it sort of slightly hurts my lungs when I cough, I'm starting to lean towards covid19.

Can't confirm, you have to be dead or in late stages of death to get tested here.

Pretty sure I can add myself for March 13th as that's when my symptoms finally started, already knew I was screwed for about 4 days before that, or somehow naturally immune.

Requiem: Although I'm not a scientist, I work in a university in Applied Mathematics, and the team has been working around the clock to try and map, track and trace symptoms and persons for weeks now. And being privy to some information comes with the job.

You can look up any number of health websites to confirm if you would like, that Sneezing as a result of COVID-19 is considered vary rare, how ever that doesn't take into affect other causes like allergies and "sun allergy" also. But, off topic or not if your sneezing you should be doing it into your elbow or into a tissue or fabric and then disposing of the item accordingly/washing for fabrics to limit the spread.

Here in Aus we are about to come into flu season also. Which once up to (currently predicted by the lab guys) 60% of our population will be infected and have had COVID-19 within 12 months. The flu will have a higher than usual mortality rate unless transmission is kept under control.

Req: I'm not a scientist but I have been analyzing data for a fortnight..

So I am more experienced to explain than more "scientists" also i think the term you're looking for is Biomedical Scientist or an epidemiologist. Because those are the only people who would be able to understand the data better than myself.

but anyway this is AT, if you want I can probably find you half a dozen peer reviewed papers from Bio-Med or an Epidemiologist's point of view if you would really like to explain the difference between lower respiratory and upper respiratory viral infections.

I called doctor to get tested, as I had slight shortness of breath and a slight temperature, for me. And the nurse said it sounds like a heart attack. It's stupid that your temperature has to be above 100.4, my regular temperature is 96.2, so when I am at 98.6 that's a 2+ degree increase.

I told them I work in retail and don't want to infect others. Again I was told to go to ER for a heart episode....that LAST place I should be going to if I have covid is the hospital. BTW, this was 3 days ago, I didn't go to the hospital and my heart is fine. And I am going to work, because I have no proof to show my employers.

It's possible the virus already passed my body btw.

I work as a clinical therapist and psychologist in a closed residential care facility for child protection services.
We had a flu like outbreak a few weeks ago. Our current medical experts say it's possible that was COVID-19 passing through already. But that's hard to test now.

It could be possible, but how many weeks? if everyone was tested at least one person would still test positive for COVID-19 due to its resistance to going away. and if its more than 20 people, even if you are all 100% fit as with no smoking and the best health imaginable it is really unlikley that no one ended up in hospital even for a few days.

But that's just based on the probability alone..

No, just frozen increases. everything was due to go up 2%, and that's been put on hold. so it's not that we don't have to pay bills, we just don't have to pay increased bills, for now anyway.
