On Saturday, I spent 30$ to get premium credits.

I still haven't gotten credit for them and am not able to use them for bonuses.

I posted this on a more appropriate thread on Sunday, Got a response, an inbox message.
Nothing in 48 hrs since that, and still no credits.

What does it take to get what you pay for around here?

did you only buy patron not premium?

patron is effectively a $30 donation for a forum title and access to one additional forum

premium is the credits which you then spend for premium and due to the values i dont think you can actually spend $30 on that it would have been higher or lower

actually im wrong you could buy 14+8+8=30 for 100+50+50=200

but 14+14=28 for 100+100=200 would be more efficient so i dont think you did that

i think its likely you got mixed up between patron and premium, maybe you can request a refund of patron and turn it into premium

(i wouldnt be surprised if they just donate you the equivelent points as it may be simpler but i dont think they are obliged to)

true alpha is good but i thought that was premium not patron

Yea, enshula's post is correct -- also once you get credits, you'll need to apply them to your account to get the premium time :)

SERVANT NEVER HAD AN ISSUE PAYING PREMIUM IN THE MASSAGE PARLOUR. NOT SURE WHY A TEXT BASED GAME IS BEATING HIM?
