Very nice! I see you did 19k acres and very strong grabbing, It looks like very early 19k acres then stocking. Thats how you get those NWs! I bet there was some reselling and other stuff as well, but the main contributer is you produced more tech due to a good acre target and that you got there early!

Haha yes. I also got very lucky and managed to sell tech over $4k all set.. even up to the last day.
It's really a bummer I didn't have that last $2b (but again, my fault on SPAL). What's a good SPAL to hold?

Also, given the sheer number of mistakes I made this set.. it really does seem like 100m nw is possible in Express.

The mistakes were pretty basic, though the losing $2b was prob the biggest difference. Haha I'm not sure how much more SPAL I should be holding though.

The trick is to spend the money asap before those hawks come after you

I think getting a bunch of $1000-1300 spy tech from bots throughout the set would help you. Selling your tech at $4000 plus makes that cheap to get. 125-200k tech for 20k acres. Over the set enough bot cheap tech to get to that easily.

Have 30 Spal and 130-140% spy tech... i think would deter most ppl

Had $19b on hand, so it was very difficult to spend it ASAP. lol
The guy who spied me had something like 1mil spies (40:1 SPAL) but am guessing there are diminishing returns at some point.

When you know how to take advantage of the bots and the markets it's possibly for anyone to hit 70-80 mil NW

I'd like to see a paid entry server where the winner gets the pot.. .or maybe 1st 2nd 3rd get the money or whatever

then we could really see who is good at this game :)

Oooo... if we do that, I'm pretty sure we can convinced a lot of people to rejoin for 1 set.
I'd say Poker Tournament style, so top 5 get something but in exponentially decreasing amounts.
(Assuming we can get at least 100 players interested)

The mechanism by which bots buy goods and technologies is not yet clear to me. I would be grateful if someone could help me understand the basics and principles of bots.
