Only happening to me in the Alliance server, but about a quarter of the screen is cut off when i go to my messages and I'm not able to read the whole thing.
Country is #99.

most likley its full, or perhaps someone sent you something that messed up the HTML (unlikley as < and > are quoted out by the send msg script.

That was it. It was full and deleting some of the message set it back to normal.
