Look at me and oldman's not-30m theocracy sets. We finished grabbing at the same time but I was 1k land ahead. And on top of that, tech prices were much higher in my set. Yet still he was going to finish about 700k higher than I was if we didn't get lemmed. That was almost entirely because he destocked better than I did. Even though I was able to match or surpass him at grabbing, I fell far short at another skill.

the hardest part about stocking is patience more than anything. You probably undercut yourself, miscalculate, did not time your sell orders or just plain luck. IDK but patience is definitely the most important part.

I'll bet you that you cannot do beat my land record next set. It's not as easy as you think especially with all the all jetting retalers that wait til end game. I see them everyday and I have to keep myself just slightly out of their reach. I can bump defense but too much defense means too much expense and not enough jets to make more LGs. With escalating expenses like oil, food, and maintaining a decent SPAL is hard. And everyday you don't know who's been stockpiling to buy 30mil jets to PS you. You don't know if those people you DT and TT finally catch up enough to get to 1/4 of your nw to send you a few nukes.
Why don't you run a country to 75k acres and see how it is. In fact, if anyone can run a rep or theo past 70k then I will probably war and farm them for their land because i know i will win.

Stocking for me is not about patience. I reckon everyone sees the same things you see with regards to ppl you DT or TT, someone buying 30 mill jets to break, escalating expenses, etc. That's par for the course with every country.

In a war, the person that does the FS wins. Any rep or theo that you plan on farming with GDI you give them FS and you are pretty much toast after that.

FYI, I would like to see you farm someone like Rockman if he was a 70k rep, LMFAO.

Check this beatdown out,...

They are both at the same net for the past like 40 days, LMAO! So who's winning?

I've got a question about these records, do you only look at what government a person finished as? Because many non-indys will switch from their main strat to a demo/theo destock to maximize net gaining, and it just seems strange to me to put them in the same category as someone who played demo or theo the whole set. Hell you could even switch government the last day to claim one of the lesser records. This would probably make record keeping harder, but i think using a persons main government as a criteria for this list is a better reflection of that government's use, then whatever is the final government. I'm probably biased though, because this would put me first in the tyranny category.

that is a bad example since the dict obvious don't know what the hell he's doing. The theo got a FS and the dict didn't even respond because it looks like he doesn't know how to use spies to demoralize.

having the FS doesn't mean he'll win. DH in tourney C FS me and cleared out my missiles but he's 1.4mil net now and im still 5.5mil. On top of that i'm getting hit by other countries also. He started the war with me at 6.2 mil and he was at ~5mil.

i would say in war, high spal and how you manage your losses is how you win. I will give someone the FS. I have the advantage of being prepared. My dict has 1 mil tanks but a rep with 130% weapons tech will need 1.85 mil tanks to AB me. So if I bump to 1.5 mil which is easy, they would need almost 3 mil. My only weakness is SDI because there's just not enough on the market. But I can pick my target. And fat countries tend to have very few missiles. My SPAL is always around 30 so no chance of any reps being able to do harmful spy ops on me.

And yes I would war rockman if i was playing dict and he plays republic because he won't win. Republics are just not meant for war. At high NWs, the losses the reps incur will be their downfall. They need higher military and suffer more losses. They would need to be higher net to break a dict and that means lower %.

Just keep playing demo techer crest

You can play however makes you happy, but the scores I'm talking about are the one the game ranks people by, so the onus is on you imo.

the game also ranks people by land in the leaderboards. Why are you being so narrow minded. I understand why it is sorted by nw because the majority of the time a higher net means a more powerful country.
IMO, your opinion don't count so i don't see why you keep imposing your opinions on me. I don't do that fluff to you. Grow up and open your eyes.

I give no effort in playing CI. i can't really take it seriously. It's obviously not balanced with the other strats/govs. Although I have played commie techer before lmao.

I am thinking of doing a 70k acres tyr techer. That'll be a challenge lol. I'm going to topfeed people, then buy out all the jets and oil lmao
I wonder how pissed off people would be if they had 4 bil on hand to retal but they have to spend $800 per barrel and $175 per jet.
Even if they are successful with the retal i should profit nicely with the buyout lmao.

Holy fluff! 70k tyr techer! Now, that would be impressive. It would be extremely difficult if tech prices sucked though. At that acreage you probably would never have negative income too.

well, the -25% pci will probably put me in the negative lol

If jedioda doesn't play farmer I will. The game needs at least one good player playing farmer each set to keep the prices sane. Wiggle Wiggle messed up his strat IMO. He could have hit the gas when food was 65. Gotten some serious NW especially as military was in the very low hundreds.

yeah, not sure if wiggle wiggle was noob but he was set up to win. He had 2 weeks of oil prices that cost more than high end escorts(or "high class" prostitutes). Then as soon as oil went down below 300. Food went above 50 and beyond.
WTF! if i was a farmer, i would make so much cash at the time. I'd be doing LGs like a mofo and running away with the nw.

IDK wtf this dude was doing but he must've jizzed in his pants looking at prices and sharted on himself. What a retard. If he doesn't make at least 100mil net since he's been stockpiling and food prices are actually still high, then he's a noob in my book.

Tyranny techer is really frustrating at high acreages (past 20k), i always felt like i spent too much time building. If you want to make it work, build at least 400 CS and pray tech prices don't crash.

Yeah techers past 30k is generally pretty hard to play. I think i can easily achieve a 40-50k techer but 60-70k is in another league.

No offense to your land record goal, but getting land in the latter half of a set is pretty easy. I made maybe 1-2 attacks after the first month with my tyranny techer, and those were just boredom induced topfeeds where i ended up dropping the land because it was too costly to build RLs and having non-RL land drops your tpt.

Though i must admit getting to 70k as a techer would probably be pretty challenging, but i think challenging in a painful way. Anyway, good luck if you try. Always good to try new ways of playing the game.

no fluff getting empty land is easy. 70k techer with all acres built as labs is challenging. popping off 23k tpt is an amazing feat. Hell just getting 20k tpt is hard enough.

a techer past 40k is just no toptimal. because you would be spending too many turns lging and not enough turns teching. either that or you woud be topfeeding and opening yourself up to retals hard.

30-35k if you can get it and then a month of teching/stocking/reselling is the recipe to win.
i mean look at the demos in the top 5. half the hand of the CIs and in the end the nws will be +/- 5m nw within each other.

With ghost acres you could hit people about the same NW as you and as long as you only get retaled 1:1 you'd still gain land. Although that wouldn't be optimal if you keep getting retaled.

I've gone through the countries. 3 of the theos were not initially theo (2 of them converted for destock while one was forced into it i.e. got into a scuffle and lost half his land and had to convert for the finish). 1 of the monarchs switched halfway through the set. I've added comments beside their countries in the list. The rest are well deserving of their place on the list =)

Seems really hard to get, especially 100k land. You had a great land round and got to 80k. Even if you could gain 2k more land per day, that would take 10 more days of grabbing, which would run right into the end of the round. IF you somehow did that I don't know if you could still get 100m net either.

yeah, and that kind of acrage and # of hits, my chances of losing 10k on a retal is too high. I think i can manage a peaceful 90k this round without retals but not 100k. I counted the possible targets and i just didn't have 10 more targets that i needed. I could've risked it but i'm almost certain 2 them would stockpile to jet up.

I need to figure out how to find more noob farms or countries that are weak at war. And how to find a lot of luck also!
