Wasn't saying he was justified in doing the 2nd hit, but was just saying that it's not like he did it out of nowhere. Nowhere does it say 1:1 retal is fair - but it did look like he was just picking a war after (which sucks :()

How quickly that dude fell. He's almost out of the top 50 and has lost over 80% of his land.

He dropped most of his land - too bad...would've been good to hit if he wasn't in so much dr ;)

BTW, it sounded like it was my country cos I was probably more upset with Serp for hitting waste of time than waste of time probably was. Reason being, I kinda figured it would end exactly as it did, 2 top CIs getting themselves reduced to rubble. THat affect the food market for me cos of the lower demand that would casue food to drop quicker than normal, and it also affected military prices that would affect me during my destock. An extra supply of military from 130k acres of well built CI would have kept military a little lower a little longer for my destock.

who did end up running that total waste of time country.
