It's incredibly strange to hear this coming from someone who I considered among my best friends in this game.

All of my rebuttals to your complaints against Elliot were based on facts and all Monsters present in the discussion agreed that you were grossly overreacting. Over a period of more than a week in which you kept bringing it up, this included four others who agreed with me, so five including myself. I may have been the foremost defender but it's not as if I was alone. In fact, you were alone in thinking he deserved to be booted immediately, and vastly outnumbered, in a clan that values democracy. I only mentioned Elliot helping me out when you asked what he had done for any Monsters. He had helped me out, and that was simply factual.

When I was homeless, you told me you'd always be there to send me some quick cash if I ever truly needed it. If money truly was my motivation, I never would have sided against you, especially with our longtime friendship tipping the scales.

I don't know what going on with you, but I really hope I get to see the Getafix I know and love again someday, and we can have a good laugh about all of this.

Sending unwilling junkies to rehab doesn't work. Forcing them to go to AA/NA meetings doesn't work. Rehab doesn't even work most of the time when they go willingly. The relapse rate is close to 100%. They have to actually want it, but the sad fact is that almost none of them want to stop getting high. Legalization would at least mean less involvement with the prison system, as well as lower prices for their DOC, so they wouldn't have to commit crime to support their habit.

All drugs should be legal. I should be able to go buy antibiotics, heroin, meth, steroids, vaccines, blood pressure medication, and anything else I feel like, whenever I feel like, at a pharmacy without a fluffing prescription. Nobody talks about it, but the only reason 90% of people overdose on opiates is because they don't know what they're getting. Let them have pure product. The war on drugs is a massive failure.

Opiates are one of the safest drugs you can take long term. The main reason junkies have health problems is because their dope has been mixed with Tylenol, shoe polish, and whatever else the dealers feel like mixing in to add weight. The fact that so many die from opiates is an absolute travesty.

I'm not sure that's the case. I distinctly remember not seeing some of my buys in Market Central, which use the market feeds. I'm almost 100% sure, but I'll try and confirm it when I have more time this week if you need it.

This is a longstanding bug, incepted around the same time as the bots. Ever since the bots came online, the market feeds are buggy. Before bots, every single market transaction appeared in the IRC market channels, and the marker feeds. Now, they frequently don't. I think it's because the FFA transactions are overloading the system. I've noticed that sometimes, in the midst of an ffa bot buying spree, you can for instance buy bushels on team and it won't show up in #market.team. This means that all the market tools are inaccurate as well, eestats, Market Central, or any others. I doubt it's a papercut, but it's definitely something that should be fixed in my opinion, and since there's been a spurt of activity by the devs I thought I'd post this.

Tyrannies will lose 3% more readiness each attack, because they only use one turn for attacking, consequently demos lose 3% less readiness. I can't be sure, but there may even be a scenario where a demo gains readiness as it attacks. PS/SS loses more readiness than war attacks if I'm not mistaken. Additionally, you lose more readiness if defenses hold than if you get through.
