an NA LEADER came onto the boards and accused the Mods of "killing the game" by deleting CHEATERS in the server they CHEATED on?!?

if this is the kind of leadership displayed by NA then truly your clan has issues.

Then WHY havn't you PUBLICALLY declared that ALL of the members that DID cheated are permanently banned from NA and WHY havn't you sent around the appropriate IP information about the cheaters so that we can ALL ban them from our sites?

anything less is a cop out if you are serious about helping combat cheating.

If they cheat on FFA, what is to say they also are willing to cheat here?

The fact that an alliance allows FFA cheaters to play in it calls into question the leadership credentials of that alliance.

p.s. on the hiddne board/only 1 person cheating train of thought. Remember IX and Angy back in earth2025? the whole of IX didn't know about that, but the leadership damn well did.

AxA i think you'll find that due to the system used in EE, by cheating in FFA, they are also basically doing the same in alliance.

If they are sharing FFa logins, then they are also sharing alliance logins as a persons country fall under the same account? so it is suspicious..

regardless, i believe that if you cheat in any server, you should be deleted from all servers associated with the game, and that is essentially your yellow card.

If you do it again, your banned for life from all games.

anything less is a cop out to the legit players in this game.

marshall i was using LaF as a representative of all of the alliances of the era. the only reason it is LaF and not someone else being mentioned is that this thread seemed to be about LG policies and specifically laf's LG policy. I am trying to say that it's not necessarily an alliance's LG policy, but more the general apathy towards cheaters that existed in the game in the past (fairly deep past now!)

By not fighting bots/cheating, and by netting away peaceful and pacting cheater alliances, you contributed to the problem by legitamizing them, regardless of whether cheaters played in laf or not.

Laf's policies did contribute, It wasn't Laf's LG policies that caused the problems however.

It was the blatent use of multies and bots and the allowance given to them by a large portion of the leadership of multiple alliances, and the lack of action taken by most alliances to stem the tide, of which LaF of the time was one of a number of major culprits.

Those who turned a blind eye were just as guilty as those who perpetrated, and now those who turned a blind eye and those who perpetrated are forced to play a game with a fraction of the user base as a refluff.

i've already emailed AND MSG'ed your FA listed contacts regarding this issue and am awaiting there reply.

Once again, i don't see any Ragers in here whining, just myself asking for a reply to me email to TAN, and ONCE AGAIN the only people posting in here are PDMers beating their chests over being able to LG an alliance that should have folded 6 months ago.

meh, half our guys are off on holidays, we don't have many active members this set.

As long as the game is fun.

TGD, i think i'm the only Rager that has posted in here, not much moaning from us, you win some, you lose some, the simple fact is we didn't plan well for this set and didn't come out at the beginning of the set all guns blazing with decent startup countries and PDM is taking advantage of that.

It's a well known fact we are planning on warring this set, so it's not like we are gunning for top 50 spots anyway. meh, all in good fun=)

Rage and PDM are not pacted atm, so if they don't want special attack retals, perhaps they should contact me on MSN and do something about it no?

I don't see why i should ask the "boys" to stop the cross-retalling when i can clearly show my own countries news, a country that has made 0 attacks on PDM, as being hit within the last 24 hrs after the other thread post was made by TAN claiming a "DNH" installed.

i tried getting in contact with PDmers but have been struggling to get on to anyone, partly due to my own rl business, and partly due to non-responsive PDM.

It's been well documented we've been having some problems this set due to estats dieing and us needing to quickly shift to boxcar, and how this has affected the clan.

Prob in your best interest if someone gets onto me asap, as we are slowly recovering, and i take it you guys want to net this set?:p
