So after getting random missiles from two countries I've never heard of, I ask the culprits why I was targeted. Here are their responses. Anyone know who this kingme guy is? And why is he so cowardly that he has to resort to these kinds of tactics?

With the new corruption feature, is it still worthwhile to stockpile bushels? Or is the corruption rate so miniscule that I should just keep the cash on hand and let it decay? It doesn't seem very profitable to buy bushels for ~40 and have to dump them for 23 on the private market. With the 2bil limit, obviously it is. Without it, I would think just hording the cash would work best.
