Not really trying to complain though.

Qz you are the man and I thank you for all you do even if a set gets screwed up now and then.

It wouldn't have been a problem if it didn't occur right at the 48 hour mark.

I slow play my turns, so I logged in at 47 hrs and played 30 turns then tried again an hour later and couldn't get on for the rest of the night. 120+ turns bye bye.

A few hours earlier or later would have been no problem, but slow rollers like me got screwed lol.

There goes my express set :(

Maybe we switch bots on/off every other set?

At the very least, bots should throw their missiles at whoever attacks them the most. Or any person at random who has attacked them more than x times.

This could be done perhaps as a sort of stopgap at least until a good retal algorithm is worked out. People will still farm bots, but they may end up eating a couple missiles for it.

Just an idea. Feel free to shoot it down at will.

I was nuked by a player 3 times in response to a landgrab last set. I grabbed him twice more to make up for the land, and messages him nicely that I viewed his nukes as an act of war but would not attack again unless provoked nonetheless.

He told me "you are going down," so I triple tapped him and sabotaged his missiles.

Missile retals are for noobs.

i got really freaked out when i spy op'd a bot that I had hit a bunch of times and it had turns stored... I thought I was going to get massive retal'd...

imo the biggest giveaway is the 0 turns on hand.

Bots stabilize to within 20%. So bots could take price from 50->40 but not from 70-> below 56.

Even for netting purposes it depends a bit on your play style. 20 spal is probably higher than needed if you join gdi, are making mostly turrets, and are not attacking much.

If you are attacking quite a bit then 20 is a solid spal.

My understanding is that luck can be useful if you are all-x or exploring a whole lot, since you will get more acres on average. For some reason I seem to remember someone breaking an all-x total acre record by maxing luck with a republic.

As for the cash I grabbed, I'm not sure whether I can share spy op related info, but I'll say that I at least got a lot more cash than I would have produced in 5 turns otherwise.
