I'm fairly confident I did not top feed you (please provide the news and I can tell you the country I ran for that set), however, I don't speak for the actions for the rest of my tag because I'm not the leader.
You are currently trying to justify killing that one country to help FBISEX in their war but at the same time not out right being deleted since spirit of the rules of the server are a gray matter - subject to the moderator. If you had hit any other member, it would be out-right collusion but by insisting on a 5-day late kill retal policy, you are trying to justify it.
However, imo, you guys never officially posted a retal policy (as per Tella's suggestion so people would avoid hitting your tag - VILLAINS posted a retal policy) and now that we are engaged in a different war, you decide to jump in and sneak in a kill. Since iScode is in your tag (and he publicly declares the retal policy he accepts), would mean your tag retals 1:1, not 1:kill, thus violating your own retal policy indicating that you are indeed helping out a fellow SEX tag.

Not to mention that elves decides to declare war a full day earlier and FS us first. Knowing that two tags are at war (and only having 5 members on each side), you still want to jump in - taking out 20% of our side.
This goes against the spirit of the rules with having independent teams trying to have a 1 on 1 war. You should've let them fight their own battle instead of interfering.
