Actually if you pick wisely, you get suicided in a damaging way less than half the time.

Thats a 50% chance to challenge for the win which beats a 95% chance of not being in a position to even challenge.

I am learning this as I go this set. If you single tap to the top you will be left with only good players - having good sets - available to attack. Then you will not be able to avoid retals. I agree though that it sucks to farm people. I feel bad about the farming I have done the past 2 days.

Sometimes it comes back to bite you, hard. Every time for me these days it seems:-(
