he had to have found some fat targets to farm mercilessly, and then not suffered retals or topfeeds. iirc he got that land pretty fast so it seems possible i guess. if he cash started he also would have an absurdly high bpt so he could build it up quickly as well

I'm hoping the July 2012-April 2013 record holder will be me forever. :P That's the period of time after country:country DR was instituted and before this new pile of changes. The country:country DR change was pretty big for Tourney, and probably lowered scores more than this next set of changes will. The explore buff might actually help scores.

Are you sure scores are gonna go lower? Buildings get expensive the more land you have but people don't usually hit 20k land in Tourney anyway. Now with explore stronger, PCI stronger, scores might go up

I don't think the changes will affect scores in Tournament much, so you could possibly keep the scores together. The country:country DR introduction was much more impactful than this.

yeah, I calculated that I'd jump ahead of Rob and got kind of happy for a moment but then I realized you'd edge me out. :) I have two very high scores but my third score isn't quite high enough.

casher is a pretty powerful strategy. tech was expensive, food was expensive, and still cashers finished very high. i personally had to sell over 40m bushels for $35 and it was largely food i spent around $45 on while stocking. i also missed two or three days of bonuses which is worth a lot. basically, i think someone is going to get 40m one of these days
