Because it's disrespectful to air such grievances in public. If he has a problem with how his former alliance is run, he should confer privately, not disrespect his entire former clan in front of the entire server.

I'm not saying anything related to the relevancy or accuracy of Ivan's posts - for all I know, it could be spot on. But if I were in his position, I wouldn't belittle my former clan like that - not if I still had any respect for it (which I know he does).

Maybe it is cultural, but unless you are tied to the party line(which a leader is, but a retired player isn't), people should be free to say whatever the hell they want to say. Next thing you will be trying to police what martian, I or aponic say just because we are ex-heads too.

Your take, to me, is worse than that line ultra-nationalist people use about their own country to supress dissent(sp?): love it or leave it. By that line of thought at least we are freed if we leave it. In yours we never are free to criticize. :D
