i could hit them but what's the point? the retal at this point will cost too much. Better to do it at the early game when you're at 10k and the other person is at 20k. Now i wouldn't do it unless someone got a 20k lead over me and lots of cash on hand.

this is solo server. Why should you feel bad. Having a dnh or nap with people you know besides allies is stupid and kinda against the point of the solo server. When you play games online with friends, do you not shoot them? when you play basketball against you friends, do you not guard or score against them?

it's a solo server and a competitive game. You can grab whoever you want and you don't need to know who it is. Don't bring extra rules and politics.
It's like oldman playing this game hardly ever getting hit and winning. Well, no fluff. He is "friendly" with everyone and everyone is "friendly" with him. Not to mention automatic good allies every set and hitting every country below rank 50. No wonder why this game doesn't get a lot of of new players. If you're not part of the superpack, it's going to be rainy all set.

How is your bottom feeding a country hitting them 4 times and from your history up to 8 times, how is that better than anyone else bottom feeding a country but only hitting them once? Explain that. Because they asked you for advice? It wasn't even like you hit them 4 times and then sent them a message on how to play better. They had to ask you 1st. And if there was an advice worth giving to someone you deliberately farmed who was asking you if it was a war dec, the sage advice you should have given was yes, this is an act of war.
