I still have 1 slot open for a def ally and would like also a couple of decent spal intel allies.

Usually i run def and spies heavy and try not to piss anyone off, and even if i made the noob mystake to retal before joining GDI (it's my firs reset since a while) i'll try to pull my weight for the whole reset.

Thanks for me the PMs guys/gals: i'd like to add that i'd prefer to team up with a CI or with anyone competent with the strat they pick.

I usually hold my allies for the whole round therefor i'd like someone able to hold top 30 from the beginning till the end :)

Oh, my personal concern IS about cheating: never cheated and wouldn't like to be considered a cheater for this from now on ;)

Also because i wear my alliance tag and i do care about my personal and my clan reputation here.

I do agree with you Xin: if this wasn't to be done, then i should be deleted and the players that grabbed me should be reverted back to as they were before attacking me.

I'll let them do what they think is better for the game.

If you guys want i can self delete, or the mods can delete me: i was just feeling bad for the people that got deleted for it (it's obvious i didn't do this for personal benefits so i hope i won't be called "a cheater" for this).

I am leaving today as i told you, and won't be coming back before the end of august.

It's not fair, but if i wanted to take a retal i still had to take and to farm the guy that over retaled me before leaving, i needed jets, and a lot of them.

I couldn't afford both jets and turrets for a 24 hours rush (damn oil at 374) and hoped my spies would have covered me a bit better.

I realized i would have been away for 20 days (actually until the day you go to vacation you never think to it due to rl stress) and decided to drop D and go all jetter/spies and look for some troubles the last day of play (tomorrow).

Then LATC came and said "grats" couple of mins before i was dropping turrets to cash turns for jets and spies, and told him my sets finished today.

Honestly i think this deletion is bullfluff: i can think of at least 3 sets in a row in which something like this happened (even if i don't remember the players).

Players were being farmed daily by friends and retaled the non friendly grabs.

If this is the habit it should apply to everybdy and always, not only to some and sometimes.

I will apply, even if i am leaving tomorrow, even if i am not going to play, even if it will be a pain in the butt to log in this incoming week end to see the reply, simply because i think i am free to play as i like.

If i want to go all jet and spies and retal someone but not everyone, it should be my right to, or not?

You keep trying to take MD in every time you can, most of the time without a reason: it's kinda annoying.

As i said, if you grow big enough to retal me, i won't prolly ror, since it would be my fault.

If you check my news you'll see someone retaled me for a ton and i didn't ror him, even if i obviously didn't like the retal.

I am not that sure it's smaller CIs undercutting, and anyhow they wouldn't have a huge impact to the market.

It's the massive amounts sold low that drag the prices down, and to mass produce you need land ;)

It is how the game was developed: on alliance they decided to enforce the retal rules, since it's quicker and easier to punish someone breaking it, but it's a bunch of players addon to the game mechanics.

On primary it's a bit more difficult to grab and play in general, since coordinated play is strictly forbidden and can actually get you banned: grabbing the early days might take you to major losses later on, when the tiny country you grabbed for 200 acres the 4th day, evolves into a force of nature able to retal you for 4k acres.

You have to keep growing, picking your targets carefully, watching not to grab anyone twice (or do it at your own risk), and trying to always pick tagrts you think won't be able to retal later.

If they do retal a month later, there is no alliance to cover you, it's simply a decision: ror him or not? If you RoR you better have a perfectly shaped country, able to eat missiles, spy ops, AB runs and stuff, and generally you also waste your set, since rarely 1v1 wars end with a kill, therefor they last the whole set, negating each other's ability to still grow.

This is why i generally never RoR: my country usually is net oriented and if someone i grabbed is able to retal me at any point of the set, it's my mystake, cause i didn't use their land at my advantage to outgrow them enough.

On primary the retal window is all set long, live with it or never net :)

That was the plan, more or less: i even have full turns plus stored so it would be a decent FS :)

Blid i didn't retal immediately because i wouldn't have gained what i lost: that guy is attacking and waiting for retals to come, leaving him on the winning side.

I waited for him to grow bigger then retaled for more than i lost: i am playing my game, not his.

I felt behind since i lost 4 days of playing, and in this position a war is not going to really ruin my set: we'll see who's more prepared (prolly him) and who's going to play it better.

I don't let people go away with my land, and i don't retal or expect to be retaled within any time frame here on Primary. GDI makes it really easy to understand it: you RoR, you better be prepared for what's coming next.
