Good, no they're not, this is happening because last set was on the other spectrum of the scale, so now we have way too many techers supplying the market, I would hold off because many of them will convert to something else, it's a gamble at this point, maybe hold for another few days to see how current techers react...

I'm already balls deep with ~7k acres built as labs at this point, I flew past the 'stop here for tech start' sign a few days ago
