I don't know anything else about this, but when you are a techer and tech allies but the techring has no coordination you will want some of every tech.

So if that is whats happening here it is not some noob but rather the proper way.

I don't know your skill set but you have to have some tech to recieve tech through research alliances.

Each tech ally gives you 10% of all teched turns, if it was a tech phase those numbers are accurate... Specially if it was a phase on more labs.

Let's say he teched 4 turns on each tech and then focused on SDI (CC loves their missiles).

I think you are looking at it in the wrong way BSnake ;)

Make no mistake about it, I'm the noob. This is only like my fourth set.

I didn't think we were warring this set, so I started off experimenting with Demo/Tech. And yes just wanted to start everything off with a little bit of the rainbow because of the 10% thing. Then when war rumors emerged kicked everything over to SDI. And before the FS switched over to Tyr. Didn't want to get saddled with the 3 turn per attack.

I'm a noob so I wasn't comfortable going all out tech so I limited the building to 1k labs. It was kinda going to go like start out tech and switch to casher.

All just an experiment. I'm sure the boys will let me know what I should have done better.

Oh but on the underselling, I didn't sell anything. I was just giving myself a minimum and then planned on maxing out the SDI/ENT/BUS

i know when i have a country leeching i will buy at least 5-10k of every tech just to benefit from whatever my ally is teching.

im really leaning towards noobish activity here lol.

should i find anyone running bots of any kind in my tag they will not be staying.

That's me link .. I got your guys backs. Anything misleading in them you peeps can take up with havoc.

This thread confused me trying to read it, but that's a normal tech array for a country in a tech ring snakey. I know in FFA your own countries usually occupy the entirety of the tech rings so that's not needed, but I don't see anything too suspicious
