Maybe so, but topfeeding a war clan is simply asking to die. No two ways about it. War clans always have and will continue to kill topfeeders from any unpacted clan. This isnt unusual nor should it have been not suspected. Perhaps if it were a newb, i would understand the surprise. But apparently it was the only non-newb in their tag and he should have expected a response. Especially from elders.

For the record, rage is just policing for the war. They are not involved. They'd probably police too for you if you wanted that. Just ask.

I actually called Sui out for stealing tech. He would admit it if it were him. Believe me, it wasn't. Dont forget. Time rounds UP in this game. And speculating it was us only further points out the bad blood between us caused by last set, because it was not. In specifically my case, I had about 3 failed spy ops from #102 seconds before 2 tech steals and then prompty a failed market spy and we have matching nw changes. It really doesnt get a whole lot more obvious. And nw changes seem to line up on damn near every tech steal this set to a couple laf members. Its isolated within your clan but it is happening.

As for the signature, I was hoping someone would catch the irony in what i was saying. Because I was a head of a small clan that wasnt that old, I did topfeed a much larger LaF, and prompty got ran off the server for it. Rather than farming the absolute fluff out of RED for sets to come and running them off the server, it seems fair to kill them once as a warning as to what happens when you topfeed a war clan. If they are indeed "learning the game," then call that a lesson learned. This is what happens when you decide to topfeed. And if you do it again, you will die again. History has proven that both sides of this war will beat a topfeeder down. Dont try to bs and say anything contrary. If he had topfed laf instead of elders, theres no way youd me standing up for him

I wasnt gonna respond after posting but its bonus time.

First thing first. If i were the president of the largest clan on this server, i would keep icn in my handle. And i hope randy keeps MD in his. Thats called pride. I'm not shy about wearing the badge of a clan that fought the cheaters of this game for years. And i know everyone likes to say "everyone cheated back then," but you know what? I didnt. Link didnt. Dissi didnt. And i take some serious pride in that fact. I will hold down the fact that we fought rd over a year over that. Thats my badge. And if you dont know why i wear it, you're oblivious to what happened in this game.

Second thing is this. We did deserve to get hit last set. I think that was obvious. And i think even certain laf members ought to have realized that the way you went about doing it only served to further create tension rather than settling the dispute. You must realize that. People who love this game saw HOW what you did WORKED. But it didnt settle a thing. It just made the angry angrier. There was no conclusion until mid-server war and frankly the whole thing was a mess. Laf hated elders more and elders hated laf more. Thats all that was achieved. No respect either way. Thats a horrible decision for a netting clan to make against a war clan. There was already a fire, but last set only created an inferno. We all knew what was coming from md unless we werent paying attention. There was a serious chance for mutual respect. But the flames were cranked up instead.

But we could have let it go.

I just counted from the beginning of the set. There are 48 failed laf ops/tech steals against elders before the fs. Granted 8 were for a retal and ill even warrant excuses for dozens of the others. But doesnt that number seem high to you? Like maybe too much for a netting clan? Like....thats JUST FAILS. Laf spent (likely) HUNDREDS of turns on ops against us. I mean jeez. Quit asking for it if you want to act like you dont want it.

We thought long and hard about how to respond to this theivery, considering rumor had it that you would ab fs us again next set if we hit you. In our opinion, that means LaF will never net again and we will always have a target. Call that win/win for us. Since your hack allies were gonna come in anyway, we decided to include them.

A bit of insight I was unaware of....

That sol came to you before the set. I had assumed incorrectly that you guys worked something out during the laf/sofelders war. It looked mighty suspicious when 1/3 of SOL's tag went over in the final week before the FS. I was sure that's when you struck the deal, and that's specifically what made you look so bad imo.

With sofelders being at war, and not just any style, but one that sets back the production of very young countries, your only viable targets essentially eliminated themselves, especially if SOL and yall had already agreed not to hit each other.

You guys must have been looking at the server like wow. This is really going to suck for them. Hahaha.

Shout outs to Iggy and Gains for pushing thru a long brutal war. Also shout outs to monsters and lcn for being probably the most active pieces to the server war puzzle.

I know, for my sake, that my being in every warchat on the server has been a thin exhausting line. Everyday people ask for me to be kicked from every chat I'm in aside from my home base haha. But watching the effect of those feeds was impressive. 8 clans hitting a single target at once. Full chats of countries not over 4m nw taking down 30m nw countries. It doesnt remind me too much of TIL because the pacts were a lot deeper, but it does remind me of the coalition wars. The amount of fluff the server has put aside to even allow me to relay is impressive.

I had a blast guys. Even when I was just trying to troll Randy and getting trolled in return, I was having a great time. Good show, mostly by the server for having seemingly an unattainable goal by the time we came together, and damn near riding that lemming train home.

Also, suncrusher. You were to be last. Always were. Sorry we avoided the chance to let you wall one last time. Tav will just have to do it for you lol.

Yeah. I still think you're referring to the netsplit (or whatever) right before the run on 280. I remember it disticly.

Something like 5-7 members got dropped for well under a minute suring final sets. Some auto-rejoined instantly with their alternate nicks, some came back after a couple mins, and others still stayed gone.

It affected members from both sides of the world but seemed to only affect about 1/4. Either way it wasn't hardcore enough to slow the sets for the kr down at all.

Users who are at all familiar with irc should have not lost their highlights at all. Teach 280 to set up auto-rejoin and get off mibbit. Anyone with an actual irc client on their device was back in chat instantly.

In any case, I'd like to see LaF try to run a killrun while the server is being DDoS'd. That fluff would be a mess haha.

Dudes are on the same server though. Anyone in LCN, omega, imag or any other tag will tell you laf warchat is on earthempires as well. If the irc server were ddos'd during a laf killrun, the kill would become a clusterfluff. Haha

I havent seen any downtimes today other than the network split that lasted about 5 seconds right before the killrun on 280. But those people were back in chat for 10 minutes before the run started.
