So we're close to the end in Primary and I was trying to research what the best bang for my buck is in terms of boosting net worth in the final hour.

I came across this guide that says Spies are only worth .3

Is this accurate? I find it extremely low

It also said the following

Ah ok, I thought that was too low.

Are troops not the best bang for your buck when it comes to raising NW at the end of a set?

ideal is that after you have bought your priv empty (with or w/o help of oil) you have ~0 bucks left.

gerdy will correct but i buy jets and turrets 1st then troops and then tanks.

your strategy:
Not heavy enough, not tuned low enough, not brutal enough!
