Again, it's a completely imperfect formula that is perfectly perfect for the casual player. Just square root of your land goal divided by two. It's an easy formula to remember and works on all servers. Even if you are all X to 22.5k on team 75 BPT is objectively the move. And since that's just a super easy formula, I even use it for my techers and everything. The formula itself has never let me down.

It's not perfect but it's better than doing on hour of math to come up with something in the same neighborhood.

My method to 500k land is I go on 600 farms to about 100 BPT, then build 1 turn of buildings and 8 turns of CS. I rotate that to 350 BPT (around 100k). And I've done about 1.5b on FFO and 1.1 on Rep Casher at 500k without helper countries so I know I was at least in the same ballpark of enshula's server record. Kind of hard for me to tell because I've never not gotten suicided ever on this server, but I assume that's top end ballpark based on my projections.

My 16b total set I had 4 rep casher and 4 FFO at 500k. I took about 300 defends that set only which is very very low for me. But I figure those could have held up with the best evers if I ever shut my mouth long enough to play a set without grief.

you can get 1m acres in ffa fairly easily i think

and if you want to build to 500 bpt in 1980 turns on a tyranny first then aid yourself from other countries so you can build thats fine

but if you actually planned to build 1m acres at 500 bpt thats 2k turns +1980 which is really close to turn count of say 60 days bonuses at 82*60=4920

so 4920-3980=940
1m/940=1063.829
which is a pretty high average grab number even for ffa, it might be possible

but if your playing ffa anyone you can make it way easier for yourself by just not building all the acres, build to 500k if you want, grab onstrat, self farm your other countries for easy land, so 1m is probably still an achievement but you could go a lot higher optimising

It's a good point that you could just FA one to farm I hadn't thought of that.

Somewhere in the ballpark of 500-600k is most I think you could do without aid from the rest of your string and a bunch of CS in one big batch at the beginning. But i suppose if you avg 1100 acre grabs which can be done, you could bot farm a single country to a million acres and build it too. Extreme high degree of difficulty but possible.

If you arent building the acres tho I think a million acres in bot farming is not too high degree of difficulty.

As long as you bonus building cost, theres not really an acreage that would become non efficient to build tho is there? I'd think it would be waaaay up there.

I think you have to be premium and get like 55 bonuses plus forum or something for 100 bcost on fasc yes.

But building your 500,000th acre at even 80% 7 days from the end is still efficient unless you have a pretty massive amount of empties.

Assuming fasc farmer or FFO ofc. Rep casher at like 65% not so much.

I think that's my highest turns for a casher I didnt feed with other countries. That's at 70% tax rate with booms for the last 2 turns before I did an oil destock of course. But that's probably off a country somewhere in the ballpark of 420-480k acres. Post the screenshot when you beat it haha.

Cost of building it is higher than what you will gain from it in the long run.

Best bet is to set a goal and rely on grabbed buildings once you pass a certain acreage built.

I mean, if you religiously bonus building costs it is still efficient to farm and build your land as casher until pretty deep in the set. It stops being true for a casher much sooner than an FFO, but theres at least a solid 6 weeks of farming and building as much land as you can to max that strat. I do not recommend setting a land goal for either casher or FFO strats. Its get as much as you can.

I've gone to a billion nw by building them to 400k ish a few times while bonusing building costs. It is the way.

In some cases it became inefficient to build about 2 weeks from the end....in other cases maybe 11 or 12 days (depending on how much bonus I missed in the set haha), farming was still worth the jets until maybe 9 or 10 days left.

And obviously if you bonus something other than bcost it backs the timeline up. I just once per day check what I'm going to end the set with in the last x weeks. Like make a final calculation. And I farm and build until it quits going up, and then just farm until it quits going up again haha. Not really rocket science you know, as long as your cash at the end keeps going up, keep on farmin! It's a classic get fat and win strat!
