People stock food because if you hold cash over $2b, it starts being lost at the same rate food decays due to "corruption." But you can buy food with that money and then stash it all on the market as a way to avoid that.

Was wondering just how much damage I Tyranny could do if someone broke gdi.

Not to mention that land isn't even worth building as a techer at this point and that his tpt just got lowered by making the hit. So is he done teching for the set or what? And if he's done teching, public market jump... The only question is if it's griefing on a totally random country or if he has a grudge against a guy. All i know is that hit certainly helps the big dicts.

Well too bad 40 or so GSes don't do fluff. The pop loss will only take about 30 turns to recover at most. The EMs didn't do much, 1 turn of income will buy back the lost units. He didn't throw any NMs, it would be hard to believe he didn't have any. The main loss is really the 10k empty acres from the CMs.

there's one dict with a lot more land than the other top dicts
there's one top farmer with 56k land and food is doing good right now
there's a demo casher that stopped grabbing like 10 days ago and could have made a lot of money on food

It's really up in the air as who will take top 3. Commie are being forced to sell military for under 100. Cashers got 53-57 food to pay for. Dict cashers don't do very well $$$ per acre. Dict pretty much loses all relevant bonuses when stocking.

Farmers are doing well, but can't just keep selling food at 53-57. Once they get to 2bil. they start to suffer corruption (can't see farmer getting near -100% decay but possible), or farmers got to start stocking themselves. Then they sell their stock at much lower prices possibly even on private.

Tech prices are still pretty strong, might see a surprise techer at the end.
