Haha I, like general earl, would watch it when I was younger. I just happened to flip past it the other day and noticed how crappy drew was at it. I used to watch the drew carey show all the time so I was a bit disappointed!

I think Old people and house wife's dominate the 8am to 3 -4pm TV market with almost any show :p

The reason SS's are not used much anymore is because bottom feeding is dead. You wouldn't find many targets to SS multiple times that doesn't give 10 acres per grab.

I'm not going to say "get more def" but get enough defense to stop countries "too small in nw" from grabbing you as easily. There is an equilibrium with having some defense but not too much to cripple your economy.

Just out of curiosity how much defense did you have and how many acres of land did you have?

You can't expect to run on virtually 0 defense, you still need some.

More specifically I'm talking about earthquakes. I think they may happen too often. I don't feel like earthquakes should happen very often as in real life earthquakes are rare. It seems like ever day I have at least one maybe two earthquakes that destroy ~300 buildings. Is the earthquake intended to go off so often? If so I'd maybe suggest turning it down a little.

What's the big deal. They arn't required to pact everyone and not LG anyone if they don't want. Obviously NAP's are the least formal of all pacts and can be void any time they want to. At least they are still saying that the terms of the pacts still stand so if you get grabbed by them and you have a NAP consider yourself lucky and get free land...

LGing isn't a bad thing people.

No, sign 80% and don't try to punish everyone who hits you. Encourage some game play rather than retard it because "How dare anyone attack us."

But in any case C:C L:L otherwise 1:1 is far superior to plan L:L even if you try to play the 79% so you can get another attack.... At least its C:C.

In my opinion if you gain back within 5% of the 80% you should think about letting it go. Let's say its a 2000 acre grab and you gain back within 77%. That 3% that you didn't get is only like 60 acres.

Just some food for thought. People will attack in this game, that's the point. So let's not try to rape people over it. If you get back the majority of your land and ghost acres account for the rest... let it go.

That is one reason why people feel land grabbing is dead in this game.

I don't really care much but I think that a lot of stupid things happen in an attempt to "separate church and state"... One example that comes to mind is the Pledge of Allegiance that we used to say every morning before we started school. Now I hear they don't do that, at least in my area, anymore because "...one nation under god..." I think it's all stupid.
