Well I just want to tone a bit maybe put on a few pounds of muscle but nothing crazy no body building...

I was hoping that someone had some webstie somewhere that says on monday do this a, b, c. On tuesdsay do this a, b, c etc...

I have dumbbells that range from 3lbs all the way to 50lbs (all in set of two). So I feel like I can do about anything I want with that range.

So, not sure if many of you are much into weight lifting, does anyone have or know of a good dumbbell only program?

I'd like a good 3 day split (M-W-F) routine that only uses dumbbells. I have lots of dumbbells but nothing else really.

I've google searched for a few but really haven't found anything too great.

Since people of earth seem to be jack of all trades lets see if anyone has any info!

I will like to see the outcome of this war... Who does everything think will win it? Evo seems to have some bigger countries and such but they haven't killed as many. My guess would be if they can't get a big lead on SoF soon it might be hard(er) for their commies to keep up with war over a long haul.

I would have thought they would be killing all of SoFs biggest countries first to keep the advantage of breakers being they are commmies.

Either way this war will be interesting to see how it pans out.

And I agree with detmer, unless you need to be mobile with gaming go with a desktop. They are also easy to upgrade every once in a while rather than buying a whole new system when you need more power. I used to be a PC gamer and I always built my own desk tops then would just upgrade a few parts in it for a few years before I had to actually build a complete system. For gaming best way to go is desktop unless you need to be mobile for some reason.

Here are my problems with the laptop you selected:

Brand: Acer (I've had bad experiences with this brand)
Hard Drive: 5400 rpm (this is kind of slow and you really would prob want a hard drive with more speed, I'd recommend nothing less than 7k rpm)
Graphics: Integrated (You really don't want integrated graphics if you want to play games and such. You'd see much better performance with a laptop with a dedicated gpu)
Battery: The battery that comes with this laptop is weak you'd need to upgrade for sure.

Make sure you don't get "integrated graphics" if you want to play games. You really need a dedicated graphics gpu if you want good game play.

We just print more money meng... Notice how we are going to bail out europe? We will print more money lower the interest for the european countries to borrow our money then Americans pay for it in the form of inflation.

Obama said he lowered our taxes however when he allows inflation like that it's basically another form of a tax.

Also I read an article a long time ago talking about how a lot of Canadians travel south of their border (USA) to have more advanced procedures done like heart surgery. Do you happen to know anything about that?

If you look at europe which for the most part are all socialist countries with massive social programs they cannot sustain it and right now are about to break their backs. The problem is too many social programs like that you simply can't sustain over the long run. Everyone want's something for nothing.

Could have been a lot of things that we will never know. But one thing I do know is society has a moral obligation to make sure our kids are not abused. I have a hard time thinking that a kid that young got that heavy and his parents didn't have any control. Don't tell me you as a parent have no control over your children.

I'd never let that happen to my kids. If I thought people were sneaking him/her food I'd put a stop to it one way or another, If I thought he had a medical condition I'd be going to the doctor to find out what is going on medically... Point is whatever the parents were or weren't doing wasn't enough to properly safeguard their children's health, which is btw the most important thing a person could have in life: good health.

I'm not saying taking the kid away is the answer either, maybe some parenting classes, medical checkups, something, anything that keeps the kid with his/her parents and to try and help them.

When I originally saw the news article I couldn't believe any parent would set back and watch that happen but you never know these days...

Not to mention the supply is artificially cut short. Many oil producing countries are purposefully producing a lower quantity of oil to manipulate the market price.

Just think about this though. Without oil where would the middle eastern countries be? They have nothing but sand so without oil they hurt much more than anyone.
